People post these random fact posts on Facebook, and I find them fun. But I always want to explain my answers, because often I have a fond memory or story to go with them. So, just for giggles, I’m going to post the one that Chase’s Nana posted, with my own answers of course.

Been to an NFL game? – No, but I would go to say that I have.
Been to Canada? – Yes. I told dad that I was jealous of the fact that he had been there and I had not when I was about Chase’s age. So he took me. It was after dark when we crossed the Ambassador Bridge, and absolutely gorgeous. He took me to a souvenir shop so I could buy something and get Canadian money back. It’s the little things your parents do for you that you will always remember. ❤️
Visited Florida? – Yes. My friend from high school lives down there, and I went for several days so I could be in her wedding. The weather was horrid – humid and hot. My hair was very long back then, and with it’s natural curl I felt like the damn lion king. There were little lizards EVERYWHERE – one ran in between my flip flop and my foot as we were walking down a sidewalk. I wasn’t a fan of Florida, but I am so glad I went, if for nothing else, for my friend.
Visited Mexico? – No, but it’s on my list
Visited Europe? – No, this is also on my list
Visited Vegas? – Nope. Wouldn’t be opposed though.
Visited Los Angeles? – No, but again, not opposed.
Eaten alone at a restaurant? -No, and while I hear that it’s good for you to spend time alone, I have other things I would like to do alone besides eat.
Danced in the rain? – No, but I have kissed in the rain and played in the rain.
Skinny dipped? – No.
Ability to read music? – Yes. I was in Choir for 7 years, and also my many attempts to learn to play guitar.
Rode a motorcycle? – Yes, but I was very little. I haven’t as an adult.
Ridden a horse ? – No, but Emma says I should.
Stayed in a hospital? -Two Cesareans? Yes, I have.
Donated blood? – Many times. Dad always told me that it’s a privilege to be able to do so, and why not? Why not help someone else if you have the ability?
Been snow skiing? – no – not likely to, either
Been Water skiing? – no, also not likely as I can’t swim.
Been to Disney World or Disney Land? – no, but I would like to.
Slept outside? – yes, if sleeping in a tent counts.
Driven a stick shift? – Yes. My Papaw helped teach me how to drive on an old farm truck through the fields at the farm. ❤️
Ridden in an 18 wheeler? – No
Eaten Escargot? – No. Not something I would like to try, either.
Been on a cruise? – No. Maybe someday!
Run out of gas? – Yes, but only once. Not a thing I would like to repeat, either. 5am with a baby and a 7 years old in the car, on my way to drop them off at daycare so I could go to work. . . Had to call a co-worker to rescue us. Thank God it was in a parking lot and thank God she was there to rescue us! ❤️
Been on TV? – no
Eaten Sushi? – Yes, and I actually like it.
