I’m drinking green tea whilst the corn beef and cabbage cook in the Crock-Pot and the pork tenderloin bakes in the oven. I must have a Jiggs dinner today but only Matt and myself will eat it; therefore I also am making the tenderloin.
Also, bedding is washing and drying since we’ve all been sick.
My back is complaining quite loudly at the moment, as I’ve had two days where I’ve done work outside in a row.
So, bedding washing for three beds, two dinners cooking, and two trips to Menards for gardening stuff. Not to mention my current project:

So it begins. . .
Now I need to plan out the next week and bathe my little one and make my little ones bed and help him clean his room. . . Not to mention other miscellaneous nonsense that I’m not thinking of at the moment.
Tired. I am tired.
But I’m happy. Outside time and the household sickness is on it’s way out and I’m looking forward to good food in the next hour or so.
So there’s green tea, and this post to help energize me a little to keep going until 1030pm when I can go to bed.
Happy St. Patrick’s Day, y’all. Hopefully you’re enjoying yours as much as I am enjoying mine.
